Dr Ali Rifai digitally redesigned her upper arch and completed the full smile transformation using four dental implants to secure a bridge that replaced the entire upper arch of teeth. The total healing period was five months, with a same-day prosthetic placement. The images show the final result: a healthy, balanced smile.

Here’s another incredible case that shows off just what Dr Ali Rifai can do. In the before image, we can see a smile in complete disrepair with rotting and missing teeth. The patient felt incredibly distraught, beyond help, and out of options, other than to remove all their teeth and have them replaced with a denture. But as you can see, using All-on-4, Dr Ali could completely remaster the smile, using just four implants to fully reconstruct both the upper and lower arches with a fixed prosthetic that restored comfort, function, speech and aesthetics. The results speak for themselves.

Before placing All-on-4, we extracted the remaining unhealthy teeth and replaced them with two fixed dentures, giving the patient a fully functional, comfortable, and healthy-looking smile they were proud of. Fixed teeth were immediately loaded, and the final prosthesis was fitted around 3 months later.
