We provide dental fillings for children who have cavities, whether in both baby and permanent teeth to remove the decayed portion of the tooth. Children’s fillings cost from £125 and are white.

Concerned about how your child’s bite is developing? Early orthodontics is somewhat of a speciality for us, and we offer unique systems designed for children like Myobraces.

At our practice, we provide Invisalign First™ or Invisalign® Aligners for Kids, which are innovative Invisalign treatments targeted at growing smiles. Perfect for children ages 6 to 10.

Tongue tie

We offer gentle and effective treatment for tongue-tie (ankyloglossia) in infants and children. Tongue-tie can impact feeding, speech, and oral development. Early intervention is important.

Braces before and after

Dr Michael Marshall and Dr Ali Rifai have straightened 1000s of children’s and adults’ smiles, making them one of Surrey’s best providers.

We teach children brushing, flossing & nutrition

Children’s hygiene hub

We’re here to ensure your child’s teeth stay healthy, clean, strong and ready for all their big adventures to come!

We recommend that children visit us every six months for a hygiene appointment to keep their teeth and gums healthy (and away from sneaky plaque and tartar that cause gum irritation and cavities).

Children’s hygiene cleans are much more fun than what the adults receive.

For example, we use special toothbrushes that give teeth good, clean and tasty toothpaste to polish the teeth so they’re extra sparkly.

Depending on your child’s oral health, we might apply fluoride to help protect their teeth from decay.

Your child’s smile is one of their best superpowers; keeping it healthy will be a team effort.

Learning the importance of brushing your teeth at a young age puts children in the best position to develop healthy teeth and gums free of problems by the time they reach their adolescent and teen years.

But we understand that it can be challenging to get children excited about dentistry and keep up the twice-a-day momentum.

Here are some tips and tricks to encourage your child in the right way:

  1. Play their favourite song and challenge them to brush their teeth until it ends.
  2. There are plenty of apps that turn brushing your teeth into an engaging game to help the two-minute brushing time fly by. Good example of apps to try including Brush DJ and Chomper Chums.
  3. Try and introduce a fun novelty toothpaste or switch up a tube to a pump.
  4. Play dentist at home and role-play with your child to prepare them what to expect from the dentist.
