Straighten your smile discreetly with Invisalign, Spark Aligners or Myobrace at MyoDental Weybridge.
Clear aligner treatment is priced based on the number of aligners you’ll need and the length of your treatment, with some brands being cheaper than others.
Here at MyoDental Weybridge, we offer three types of clear aligner braces, all of which are manufactured to be transparent and comfortable, so you don’t have to worry about the fit, feel, or how they’ll look when you smile, laugh, or talk.
Commitment matters: Aligners must be worn for approximately 22 hours per day to achieve predictable results; they are removed only for eating and drinking.
Invisalign is one of the world’s most recognised clear aligner brands and is responsible for millions of straighter smiles across the globe.
At MyoDental, we’ve contributed to that number with a few hundred cases, earning us the prestigious title of Platinum Invisalign dentist.
Using different types and packages of Invisalign, we can straighten the most minor misalignments to the most severe.
Spark Clear Aligners are a newer treatment solution introduced by Ormco in recent years. The brand is similar to Invisalign but differs in materials and cost.
Made from TruGEN™, a proprietary material designed to be clearer and more stain-resistant than Invisalign, Spark Aligners are marketed as more precise tooth movements, better invisibility, and more comfort. This is because Spark’s aligners are thinner than Invisalign’s.
Myobrace is an early orthodontic treatment targeted at children aged 3-5. Unlike Invisalign, it must only be worn for 1 to 2 hours daily. The aligners train the tongue to stay in the correct position, retraining the mouth and facial muscles to apply light forces to straighten the teeth.
Improve your smile and confidence
While there are several kinds, types and brands of clear aligners, they’re all very much the same, with the main differences being material, thickness, translucency, technology and cost.
You can think of aligners like transparent plastic retainers, except they’re more elegant than that – they’re virtually invisible and very form-hugging, making them rarely detectable.
It might vary from brand to brand, but in general, for the clear aligners to work, you need to wear them all day and all night.
With Invisalign, you’ll have to wear your aligners for a minimum of 22 hours per day, but even here, the longer, the better, only removing your aligners to eat and drink. Spark Aligners also recommend the same wear time.
However, if you’re wearing our brand-owned Myobraces designed for children, you’ll only need to wear them for 1-2 hours daily.
The cost of clear aligners depends on the brand you choose, the length of your treatment, the severity of your case, how many aligners you’ll need, and, of course, which practice in the UK you choose.
As a general overview and estimation of costs, we’ve included the types of clear aligners we offer and their prices below:
Clear aligners are not available on the NHS. Clear aligner brands like Invisalign are only available through private dentists. The NHS only offers metal braces where clinically necessary for under-18s.
