Invisalign Comprehensive (formerly Invisalign Full) addresses complex bite conditions using a series of unlimited clear, removable aligners (typically 30) over 9-24 months.
Unlike Invisalign Lite, which uses up to 14 aligners, or Invisalign Moderate, which uses up to 20, there’s no limit to the aligners you wear, and each set is covered in the cost of your treatment.

Invisalign Comprehensive straightens both arches of teeth and requires the highest number of aligners, which means it’s the most expensive package of Invisalign’s product portfolio.
However, patients cannot opt for cheaper packages like Invisalign Express or Invisalign Lite if recommended to Invisalign Comprehensive because these systems treat minor discrepancies and cosmetic concerns. Invisalign Comprehensive will realign the bite.
Depending on your case and the number of aligners required, the price will change, but you can expect costs to range from £3,500. 0% dental finance is available over 12 months, with no cost of credit and only a 20% deposit required. Interest-bearing terms are available up to 60 months.
Your custom-made invisible aligners will be manufactured from patented, medical-grade thermoplastic, with no rough or sharp edges to blend discreetly into your smile. They’ll take around three weeks to be delivered, and when they arrive, you’ll begin to work your way through the sequence, swapping to a new set every 1-2 weeks. Once you’ve completed your treatment, we’ll review the results, and if we need to make some improvements, we’ll order free refinement aligners so you can achieve the best result.
Unlike other versions of Invisalign, the Invisalign Comprehensive package includes unlimited aligners, which means it can handle complicated misalignment and bite cases, including crooked teeth, crowding, underbites, open bites, overbites, crossbites and overjets.
The treatment is not limited by age; teens and adults alike can both wear Invisalign Comprehensive, however, younger patients must understand that to ensure their treatment is a success, the aligners must be worn a minimum of 22 hours per day, or the aligner’s efficacy is compromised.
